Is the jewellery waterproof? How can i best take care of my jewellery?
To keep it short, everything in our Stainless, Upcycled & Signature Collection is waterproof & tarnish free!

It is important to read the description of our products to understand how to best take care of each piece. We do advice ALL jewellery to be kept away from any chemicals.

Notice a little black patch in your Remayd Jewellery wallet? This is to keep any sterling silver jewellery from tarnishing! When you are not wearing your jewellery, keep it in the pouch to best preserve its quality.

How can i get my order gift wrapped?
Finding Your Perfect Ring Size
To compare your UK ring size with international sizes, check any online ring size guide or visit our Instagram ‘Help & Info’ highlight for a quick guide.
You can also use the ‘Ring Sizer’ app to accurately measure your size.
Resizing Services for Spoon Rings
Our Spoon Rings come with a complimentary resizing service. If you need yours adjusted, drop us an email, and we’ll provide more details about our resizing policy.
Adjustable Collection
All items in our adjustable collection can be resized to your preference. While most are easy to adjust, some designs may be more delicate. If you'd like us to adjust your piece before shipping, simply leave a note with your order.
How do i find my ring size?
If you choose our tracked 24 shipping option, you will receive emails from Royal Mail regarding tracking information.
If you choose standard shipping, please note are orders are sent as large letters through a post box, therefore there will be no tracking available.
If your order is taking longer to arrive, please check you have given the correct address, and looked anywhere a large letter may have been posted (letter box).
If you require specific shipping requirements, please drop us an email before purchasing, so we can sort a price.
