Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected UK Tracked 24 or placed an international order, Royal Mail will email you with tracking details.

If you selected UK 1st Class (untracked), tracking is not available.

UK orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on the shipping method. International orders can take 1–4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs.

Our 925 rings are generally adjustable. However, our tarnish-free/stainless steel rings are more rigid and harder to adjust by hand - if you'd like us to resize yours before dispatch, please leave a note at checkout or email us.

For spoon rings, we offer one free resizing - simply email us after purchase and we'll guide you through the process.
