Is Remayd jewellery waterproof or tarnish-free?
Yes. As of October 15th, all Remayd jewellery is now made using premium, tarnish-free stainless steel - including 316L Stainless Steel with high-quality PVD gold plating.
This means your pieces are waterproof, sweat-proof, and designed to stay shining with everyday wear.
We do have a small number of solid sterling silver and 925 Sterling Silver pieces available in our Upcycled Collection, and previous collections. These are high quality and durable, but like all precious metals, they will stay at their best when cared for properly.

Does my jewellery come with a lifetime tarnish guarantee?
Yes. We have full confidence in the durability and quality of our jewellery.
Every Remayd piece is made from high quality materials such as: 316L stainless steel and finished with high-quality PVD gold plating, Solid/Sterling Silver or High Grade Steels. Meaning it's waterproof, sweat-proof and made for everyday wear.
Because of that, all tarnish-free pieces are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against tarnishing or discolouration. If your jewellery ever loses its shine or colour over time, we’ll replace it - free of charge. No complicated forms. No hassle. Just honesty.
What’s Covered
Your Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee includes:

Fading or colour change
Visible manufacturing fault on arrival
If your jewellery stops looking the way it should - we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
Lost or stolen items
Damage caused by pulling, bending, force or accidental breakage
Deep scratches or dents from wear and tear
Alterations or repairs made outside Remayd
This is because our guarantee protects the quality and longevity of your jewellery - not accidental damage.
However, if something happens outside of this - send us a message. We always handle things with care and fairness, case by case.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, simply email:

Include:
Your name or order number
A clear photo of the issue
We promise a quick and straightforward resolution. This guarantee isn’t just a policy - it’s our promise.
How can i return or exchange my order?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@remaydjewellery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in the original packaging
- In perfect, re-sellable condition
- Returned to us within 20 days of delivery
If the return is received after this window, we may refuse the return or offer store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges are welcome, however any price difference must be paid if the exchanged item is of higher value.
Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items (including Black Friday promotions)
- Gift Cards
- Free Items
If your order included a free item as part of a promotion, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a refund.
If the free item is not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund amount.
Free promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned on their own.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will resolve this as a priority.
Are returns/exchanges free?
As a small business, we’re not able to cover postage costs for returns or exchanges.
Most jewellery items can be returned as a Large Letter or Small Parcel, so return costs are generally low.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process or accept responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Before sending your item back, please double check our Returns Policy page to ensure your return falls within the return timeframe.

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped same day or next business day.
As soon as it has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
UK Shipping Times:
- Tracked 24: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
- Tracked 48: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days
You’ll receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail, including:
- When they receive your parcel
- When it’s out for delivery
- When delivery has been completed
International Orders:
International shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking email first.

What is the ring sizing like? How do I find my ring size? Are spoon rings resizeable?
Most of our rings are made around a US 7 and can be slightly adjusted for fit. However, because stainless steel is a strong, durable metal, it can be difficult to resize at home.
If you need a different size, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@remaydjewellery.co.uk and we’ll adjust your ring before it’s shipped where possible.
To find your size, we recommend using the free Ring Sizer app or our sizing guide (also saved in our “Help & Info” highlight on Instagram).
For spoon rings, we offer one complimentary resize. Just email us after purchasing and we’ll guide you through the process. Resizing sessions take place at scheduled points throughout the year, so please reach out to be added to the next batch.
Can i get my order gift wrapped?
Yes - we offer gift packaging!
You can find our signature Remayd Gift Bag in the Accessories Collection (just search "Remayd Gift Bag"). We also offer a digital gift card service, perfect for last-minute gifting!
Do you cover customs costs?
Customs fees aren’t included in your order total, so they may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. These costs are set by your local customs office and vary depending on where you live, so we’re not able to cover or remove them.
We know this isn’t the most fun part of ordering online, and we always want to be transparent. We don’t add any extra handling or hidden fees on our side - if a charge appears, it’s simply what your country requires before delivery.
