Shipping

We ship all orders from the UK, and every piece is packed by hand with care. Orders are usually dispatched same day or next working day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

UK
You can choose between Standard or Tracked delivery at checkout. Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1–3 business days and is free on orders over £80. Standard 1st Class is an untracked service and usually arrives within 3–5 business days.

International
We ship worldwide using a fully tracked service. Delivery usually takes 1–4 weeks depending on your location and local customs processing. Orders to Ireland and EU are £12.99 shipping, and are free when you spend £200+. Orders to the rest of the world are £16.99.

Customs & Import Fees

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, customs fees or import taxes may be applied when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country’s customs office, so they are not included in your order total and we aren’t able to remove or cover them. We know customs fees aren’t the most exciting part of ordering online, and we always aim to be transparent. We do not add any hidden handling costs on our side - if a charge appears, it’s simply your country’s requirement before delivery. If you’re unsure whether your country charges import duties, feel free to message us and we’ll help guide you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help you through it:

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 20 days of delivery. As a small business, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked postage service for peace of mind.

A few things to note:

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Sale items and promotional items are final sale unless faulty.

If your order included a free promotional gift, the gift must also be returned for a full refund, otherwise its value will be deducted.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and your order number, and we’ll resolve it quickly and with care.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the returned product to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Original shipping costs are not included in the refund.

15TH OCTOBER UPDATE:

On October 15th 2025, we transitioned fully to using premium, tarnish-free materials for all new Remayd jewellery releases. This means all pieces purchased on or after this date are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against tarnishing or discolouration.

Pieces purchased before October 15th 2025, may have been from our previous 925 Sterling Silver range came with a 30-day tarnish guarantee. If you purchased a 925 piece before October 15th and experience an issue within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@remaydjewellery.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll be happy to help and offer a fair resolution. If your piece is beyond the 30-day guarantee period, we will still do our best to assist where possible - just reach out. Our goal is always to handle every situation with care.

Returns

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return your item, please contact us at info@remaydjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return to receive a return address and further instructions. Please return the item in its original, unused condition, including all packaging and your order slip. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Take the package to your local post office and send it back to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the returned product to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Original shipping costs are not included in the refund.
