Please return the item in its original, unused condition, including all packaging and your order slip. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Take the package to your local post office and send it back to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-2 working days.
