While made from high-quality 925 sterling silver, tarnishing may occur over time depending on use. This collection is covered by a 30-day guarantee for faults or tarnishing. After this period, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

Our Tarnish Free, Upcycled & Signature Collections:

Both collections are made for everyday wear using tarnish-resistant materials. Each piece is covered by a lifetime guarantee, which includes any faults or quality issues under normal use. If you experience any issues, we’re happy to arrange a replacement or refund. To keep your jewellery looking great, we recommend removing it when exposed to harsh chemicals.

Important Note on Handmade Pieces:

Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of some of our jewellery, especially in the Upcycled Collection, pieces may feature small imperfections or slightly pointed edges. These are part of what makes each piece unique. By purchasing from Remayd Jewellery, you accept responsibility for safe wear. We cannot be held liable for any allergies, sensitivity, or injury caused by misuse.
