Materials & Quality
Remayd creates everyday statement jewellery - pieces to be worn, not saved. From October 15th onwards, all collections are made using premium, tarnish-free materials, including 316L stainless steel with high-quality PVD gold plating. We also have selected pieces in 925 sterling silver and Upcycled Solid Silver. This means your jewellery is waterproof, sweat-proof, and designed to stay shining with everyday wear.
Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our jewellery.
If your piece ever tarnishes or discolours, we’ll replace it - free of charge. This guarantee covers changes in colour or finish over time. It does not cover lost items, accidental damage (snapping, bending, heavy impact), or pieces altered outside Remayd. If something stops looking how it should, just email info@remaydjewellery.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We promise a simple, fair resolution - no stress.
On October 15th 2025, we transitioned fully to using premium, tarnish-free materials for all new Remayd jewellery releases. This means all pieces purchased on or after this date are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against tarnishing or discolouration.
Pieces purchased before October 15th 2025, may have been from our previous 925 Sterling Silver range came with a 30-day tarnish guarantee. If you purchased a 925 piece before October 15th and experience an issue within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@remaydjewellery.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll be happy to help and offer a fair resolution. If your piece is beyond the 30-day guarantee period, we will still do our best to assist where possible - just reach out. Our goal is always to handle every situation with care.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 20 days. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Sale items and free promotional gifts are also final sale unless faulty. If your order included a free item, that item must be returned with the other products for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Shipping
Orders ship same day or next working day. You’ll receive a tracking link once dispatched.
- UK: Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked (1–4 business days).
- International: Usually 1–3 weeks depending on customs + local postal times.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customs fees aren’t included in your order total and may be required when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs office - we’re not able to alter or cover them. We don’t add any hidden handling fees, ever. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask - we’re always here to help.
Ring Sizing
Most stainless steel rings fit around a US 7 with a small amount of adjustability. If you need a different fit, email us - we can often adjust before shipping. Upcycled Spoon Rings include one complimentary resize. Resizing sessions happen in scheduled batches - just message to join the next one.
