UK (Royal Mail): Choose Tracked 24 for delivery in 1–3 business days, or Tracked 48 for 3–5 business days.

International: Most parcels arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

RETURNS:

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and sent back within 20 days.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, and final sale items cannot be returned. If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned with the rest of your products to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
